Let me clarify another misunderstanding here.

XRP will already use Ripple Payments (ODL) for liquidity.

The current AMM v1 (constant product / geometric mean formula) works relatively better for volatile assets like XRP, but it creates serious slippage in stablecoin pairs (RLUSD-USDC, RLUSD-USDT etc.).

Constant Product (v1): Distributes liquidity evenly across the entire price range (x * y = k)

Since XRP is volatile, price movements are big, and AMM v1 liquidity is more suitable to meet these movements. There is slippage in big trades, but it remains at an "acceptable" level (especially in deep pools).

For the first year, ODL and AMM v1 are already enough for XRP. There is nothing to worry about. I think we can reach our target prices thanks to Ripple Payments "Available Effective Liquidity"

AMM v2
In the future, many more institutions will want to use XRP. With v2, thanks to StableSwap, swaps like RLUSD - XRP become much cheaper and high-volume, more institutions use ODL and settlement, and XRP demand increases. Yes, in the future, the current pipes will not be enough.

This will push the price 30-40% higher than what it will be at that time.
