I've never worked anywhere like the Civil Service where there's so much confusion, miscommunication and complexity about how much people are supposed to be paid each month.
@theschoolofgood Got a letter with a date for surgery . Then another letter for COVID test beforehand. 2nd letter was so late arriving that results would be after surgery. So I had to cancel and wait months. Not joined up and if they've used another channel it might have all worked out.
@LloydsPharmacy had to try returning an online order. Not great. The store told me they couldn't do do it even though your site says so. Managed to do freepost but unlike your site, you can't get proof of purchase if it's freepost without a postcode. Rubbish.

Trying to get my head around this bit and struggling a little
My Jira workflow:
1. try and write nice cards
2. totally fail at moving them
3. try clicking random things to see if that helps
4. cry for help to the team
5. curse Jira
6. repeat 🤦

Rubbish #darkpattern from @easyJet website. You might have chosen only the 'essential' cookies but the obvious button to continue will bung all the extra tracking on top. Thanks
