Solving online restaurant reviews. Users share in our financial success—when we get rich, so do you. A @dfinity grantee. Built on the #InternetComputer.
@DeFiWizards @GoBazzingainc The #InternetComputer is a living organism that evolves through DAO governance. The developer team speaks through actions, not words.
@dominic_w@supawatkaewma Are these two features (create subnet, target specialized subnets) currently available to developers, or are they on the 2022 roadmap?
@TaschaLabs The big issue is that the logic to redeem tokens for products isn't on the blockchain and therefore isn't credible. The issuing company can rug pull and one day elect not to honor the redemption.
@dexo568@levie Unfortunately not, Yelp paying people cash wouldn't drive network effects like tokenization does. Also a jury system run on Yelp's servers isn't credible just like a currency hosted on a company's private servers isn't credible—you need decentralization for this part.
Last night, we were selected as a finalist in the SocialFi track at #SUPERNOVA.
We're excited and grateful for the opportunity to showcase what we're building on a big stage. Can't wait for next Thursday.
In the meantime, check out our submission @ https://t.co/7t95bft9nX 🙏
@sassal0x That's exactly what we're aiming to do.
Shameless plug: we at crowdEats are building the world's first tokenized Yelp.
We use game theory and cryptoeconomics to decentralize restaurant review moderation, so you can finally trust the reviews you read online. Check us out! 🔥
Not only can the #InternetComputer power a social media platform, it can actually power an entirely new type of social media that doesn't exist today.
Decentralized moderation, tokenized curation, user governance—these are the emerging cornerstones of SocialFi.
Stay tuned! 🍿
