@emrysgone @cryingcalories2 STOP did u follow it properly/not overeat? how far did u get? i’ve gained on a pound these first couple days but i’m also not staying hydrated so
@D00M0KUN@j3nrexic just calculate it dry or use an online converter. you can still eat pasta :( i usually do about 55g ish of dry spaghetti for about 200 ish cals
@sanzoaho 800-1200 intake often more if they’re active. i think you have to eat less than usual to keep losing but 1200 keeps me around 14/15 especially when i have a lot old protein.. doesn’t have to be all healthy either i mostly have junk and pasta
@an0ngaymous@cryingcalories2@losinginlavendr plateuing in ur weight may be a good sign that ur lowering ur bodies set point, eat protein since ur metabolism slows as u lose especially with muscle loss lots of waffling tbh
