@antigravity you need better prevention of rabbit hole and token waste. Today wasn't much better, because it puts the deathgrip on. Flash is VERY HAPPY VERY VERY HAPPY to go on a rampage outside of the guardrails. I want more tokens back!

Yeh, Sonnet 4.5 fast/planning yielded this today trying to track down spanning tree and DFS confusion. You can bet there is little auditing for efficiency going on because those who nuked technical positions for AI slop is not noticing this... or care because $$$ saved!
@virtuallyfun So does putting Cloudflare proxy in bot attack mode in front of your site. Iโve been tracking this dramatic increase and seeing that they arenโt obeying robots.txt or any โno AIโ meta tags when they are scraping. They donโt single-thread but DDoS it and donโt use USER AGENT.
@gabsmashh You are simply preparing yourself for your hardest year of your life. Rando whitebeard is proud of what Iโve watched you accomplish since I started following, fwiw.
One thing I wish I could beat into the heads of all the CS majors that follow me is that the Silicon Valley old guard stayed up late coding on weekends not so they could get rich enough to never code again but to buy more time staying up late coding on weekends in their 50s
I'm trying to get some Perl forum software running on the VAX, and it amazes me that I can run a package manager to install dependencies on a 30-year-old machine!
Thanks, NetBSD :-)
@sysadafterdark Yeh, but we are white beards now, and Wayland doesnโt run on our toasters. But yeh at least I see the need for a delineation point on a framebuffer manager given the technological advances over the past 40 years.
