@johnloeber You frame “splintering” as a bad thing. It can be a good thing if the people who leave have the knowledge to advance AI but aren’t given the power to steer things. Open source models decentralize the power while also lowering the barrier to entry for market competition
@GustavoValverde Idiotic to ban sdks. Now they’ll waste tokens changing their wrappers if they need to utilize a new service/endpoint, parse new api errors from existing endpoints, or change request models to support new attributes introduced in updates
@gregisenberg When it happens it’ll barely make a dent in human suffering unless it bypasses the pharmaceutical industry entirely. I have a friend with an autoimmune disorder today who can barely afford generalized medication so I don’t see why the same ppl would sell these cheaper
@MiaAI_lab Seems to be working for me so far and was able to make edits to my css and js files successfully.
Only issue I had is it seemed hesitant to make changes after asking it to find fixes and I had to explicitly tell it to take its own suggestions and make edits with them
@hypercoind 1 & 6 = contradiction
2 & 4 = contradiction (2 would make 4 true)
3 & (1 & 2) = contradiction (both 1 and 2 shown to be false)
4 & (1 | 2 | 3) = contradiction
5 = true
6 & !5 = false
@shocknet_justin@evankaloudis There is 0 reason someone would accept a wallet like that but wouldn't accept a wallet with a forced multisig.
If they said it was self-custody and it wasn't, they are lying. They can do that now.
There is no threat introduced in this vector that isn't already present today.
@shocknet_justin@evankaloudis Why would I use a wallet that generated compromised receive addresses like that? And why wouldn’t the exchange just force me to withdraw to a multisig with them?
@JosiahWittrock Factorio allows for suboptimal gameplay and rewards you with resources for doing the simplest things. There’s a spectrum for success on multiple levels for a grand goal you can work towards and isn’t heavily weighted on the binary success of any one task
@JosiahWittrock@FactSnacker > explaining their purpose
Lmao yeah, that’s sure to work among everything else their parents tell them as if there’s no implicit distrust from the teenager in their parent’s words. And tbf, there IS good reason for distrust with the amount of times a lot of parents *are* wrong
@demishassabis > federally overseen public-private partnership or self-regulatory organisation
Telling that a U.S. gov overseen standards body is being proposed instead of an independent international standards body.
