@AkkadSecretary Correct me if I'm wrong but councils can only increase council tax by up to 5% or something but land tax wouldn't be capped. So what's to say everywhere else around you gets bought up as land would increase more than 5% a year.. based on supply of land and houses around you

@cashflow_king94 Cons with picking growth stocks could be if they under perform you might be better off picking a dividend stock instead that receiving income but then again that's why sometimes you rebalance into ones that are outperforming.
