@MichaelAlbertMD@PTarantinoMD Agree with this take. It’s like asking a surgeon to do a physical therapist’s job. Macro-context assessment and intervention is totally different from the consistent micro-touches needed to keep health on track.
@angelosgeo You don’t have to force the therapeutic choice. For example you can get the experts in TREM2 and run Alzheimer’s and GBM trials, or c-KIT in GIST and Crohn’s. Going deeper into a process such as fibrosis could lead to better breakthroughs across disease types
@BertrandBio@Lawbitrage I thought so too, but are they seeing something in unconventional payloads (esp degraders) and dual payloads? Between the Seagen ADC patent protection and the Array R&D scientists could there be a next-gen wave of ADCs?
@bradloncar It doesn’t seem like Seagen’s niche targeted agents and early pipeline align with Pfizer’s blockbuster-heavy focus: Xtandi, Ibrance, and their combos & next-gen iterations
@emm_victoria@ThanksCancer There’s a website founded by survivors with helpful supplies and even a registry at https://t.co/sg9wY608CA (I have no connection, just impressed by the idea)
Shocking! There are serious concerns that key images may have been fabricated in multiple influential papers pertaining to the amyloid hypothesis of Alzheimer’s, and that this may have misdirected subsequent research efforts for the last 16 years

Going forward, no medical conferences should be done in states that deny health care for women.
The next @ASH_hematology meeting is in Louisiana and the next AACR meeting in Florida.
A must read paper: The hallmarks of cancer updated concept because #cancer is really complex! @CD_AACR

tl;dr
Personalized cancer vaccines feel like a futuristic general purpose cancer therapy but don't yet fully work.
We want to test improvements in both how we identify/prioritize mutations & formulate vaccines against hard mouse tumor models.
Help us crowd-fund this work!
@MarkLevineNYC Is it possible to begin putting the stats for boosted in the city numbers, and stop referring to 2 mRNA doses as “fully vaccinated”? And also adjusting the denominator of the census to reflect recent 8.8M?
@RozehnalMd @JohnRossMD Lung cancer has longer median survival, especially for those with driver mutations you can target: 3-4 years for EGFR patients and 6-7 years for ALK patients
