A guest sent back a COMPLIMENTARY side dish earlier today because, in his words, it was “disappointing.” So many restaurants cater to VIP clientele who are unworthy of generosity. Yet, we continue to shower these people with extras.
@Vlrally as a fast food worker i cant tell u how many times a mean customer has made me cry on my breaks in the bathroom. people are just so so so mean. we’re human too.

@Vlrally Never understand why people are so rude to fast food/retail workers. A while ago a cashier scanned wrong & was like "I'm so sorry". I could see her panicking & replied "hey it's alright! Don't worry!". & She teared up lke no one had ever treated her like a human being at work
Overheard one #dearcustomer say to another "Sometimes they put things in the wrong place because they want to be deceptive and make you think things are on sale,"
