@BootsUK I purchased some items recently at one of your stores and unfortunately they are no longer required but I don’t have the receipt. I thought I was able to get the option to exchange the items with my statutory rights but I was told I’d need to go and sell them privately?

@BootsHelp Thanks for coming back! I’m not sure it was, the items are fully sealed and still stocked on the shelf but they total close to £50 so I don’t really want to bin them as I’m sure they are still in high demand?
