My favourite vegan lemon cake, takes about 5 minutes to make & then the oven does the magic. I use rapeseed oil to keep sat. fats down& reduce the sugar compared to standard cake recipes. The zest makes it super lemony 🍋 https://t.co/0oUMofooue

A5 Myth: meat substitutes are so processed, there's no goodness. False - many meat substitutes are a great source of plant protein and #fibre, just watch the salt! #rduk#ProcessedFood
@NutrifiedKay@rdukchat#RDUK#processedfoods
Definitely agree this is the biggest myth. So many people automatically assume 'processed' simply means unhealthy. Far from the case.
A5 A big myth is that processed food is always unhealthy and that unprocessed is always superior. Lots of examples discussed in A2 of the benefits of some processed foods #rduk#processedfoods@rdukchat
#RDUK A5 - Myth is that all processed foods are unhealthy. Some foods even need processing to ensure they are safe to consume e.g. milk, which must be pasteurised to remove harmful bacteria🥛.
