@travisyost Lol most of these stadiums don't even have a bowl/field large enough to put a FIFA pitch in it. Most cities don't have the infrastructure/hotel space requires. Plus, FIFA doesn't even allow bleachers lol.

There are no written exceptions like it was only for a brief moment or you are driving to the hospital. However, an officer can use their discretion to not pull you over. The law didn't change. The officer just didnt enforce it.

It only limits the area. Yet, the rulebook states a referee has the discretion to penalize or stop the fight. The "moving exchange" is just informal standards refs apply.

@yppl47 @BilboSwaggins84 @JJstanaccount @therobbieharvey That's not how it works lol. Jury of his peers applies to the jury pool. This means the group they chose 12 jurors from couldn't have been all white and asian for example. The acual jury doesn't have these constraints.

The original jury pool must be a representative cross-section of the community, i.e. they couldn't have chosen 12 jurors from a group of 500 white people.

@MarleyMarl650 The Prosecution and Defense narrow down the jury. The actual jury could be all white, all black, all Asian. It doesn't matter as long as a potential juror wasn't eliminated solely on race. The actual jury just needs to be impartial.

@MarleyMarl650 I'm def not saying it's fair, just a common misconception. Supreme Court rulings state the "jury pool" must be a "representative cross-section of the community", i.e. if there were 0 blacks in the jury pool that's unconstitutional. The actual jury doesn't have these constraints.

@MarleyMarl650 A person can be neither white nor black. There are more than 2 races. The jury was not all white. Even if the jury was selected proportionate to the racial makeup of the pool's population, there would have only been 1 black juror.

Even in a perfect world where the jury was proportionate to the racial makeup of the pool's population, there would have only been 1 black juror.

Karmelo's case would have had only 1 black juror. Out of the 80 original people questioned in the Rittenhouse trial, only 5 would have been Black to begin with.
