@carlotasage Let me share a different perspective. You may be qualified to do the work of a vCISO without having been one. Until you experience the full weight of responsibility as CISO for a company, your decisions will have a different bias than a former CISO.

@mattdkerr Pretty sure utilizing the block chain as a market place takes no more energy than any other market place. Buying/selling NFT's is not the same energy as mining for crypto. I could be wrong, I am not an expert just my limited understanding of mining vs NFT's. What is slower?

@v3rtig0 Absolutely pay may own way. The way we hop jobs in InfoSec I wouldn't expect a company to pay for training unless it was from day 1 so they could get some benefit over the 2-3 years you will be there.
