Most of the time, people view a project as successful only when the mint hits 100%... but maybe this is the right moment to show that minting is really a way to acquire your most genuine users.

Some projects sold out because they were controlled by whales and investors, but after that, no one wanted to use their PFPs, which caused their IP to get stuck and stop progressing.

IMO, teams/founders shouldn't rely 100% on mint sales. We need other sources of revenue to continue developing and building.

There are many projects that sold out, but a year later, they still weren’t able to build new business models or services to sustain their operations.

Our team is already established on the Web2 side, so that part won’t be a problem for us. The goal of launching Awakening Hunters is to establish a strong community first. The rest of the development will follow through with our next execution.

We've been building quietly — through both the highs and lows of the market.

During yesterday’s town hall, a community member asked about our runway. We confidently shared that our current funding is enough to continue building and shipping for the next 16 months.

This already factors in scaling our engineering team and onboarding a data scientist and an economist to strengthen our metagame loop.

We've been approached by multiple chains to migrate, but we've stayed loyal to @Ronin_Network. We’ve also applied for an ecosystem grant to extend our runway and deepen our partnership with @SkyMavisHQ.

You won't see us spending on events, influencers, or flashy campaigns. We focus on what matters: shipping. We've delivered on our initial roadmap and will continue to listen, build, and grow with the community.
