Easy. You’re standing on a giant spinning conductor, with an exponentially weakening magnetosphere, making everything below the troposphere more susceptible to the natural energy transfer that occurs from space weather. Everything in and on this planet is conductive, including our own primate meat sacks walking around as a conductor. Yeah, there isn’t a lot of hard science on it yet, but studies are most certainly picking up, and there’s overwhelming circumstantial evidence to suggest we are entering a period or absolute uncertainty as to the Sun’s impact on the planet.

Sure. Earthquakes can just be fault line pressures over time. But to totally dismiss any influence or probable causality as it relates to the current magnetosphere, geophysical, and space weather situations seems short sighted.

Yes. Just accept that the entire rock we are floating on is highly conductive, down to the molten iron core. This includes us… we are meat sack conductors, water, metals, et al.

With the magnetosphere weakening faster and faster, even what would have been considered smaller space weather events has a larger impact on everything on the ground. The charged energy transfer with the weakening magnetosphere is going to be drawn and pass through just about everything.
