@AdamJFarrer Why are @PearlJam using Ticketmaster for their UK gigs. Pearl Jam took them to court so why? And the cost is too high. I love the band too but so disappointing.

@Cakepips @Eurovision @TicketmasterCS It was the stage/lights. We paid full price for tickets, they didn’t say restricted view. On the night, 2 of our seats were blocked off so friends were seated elsewhere. The 2 seats that were left couldn’t see the main stage and we couldn’t enjoy the show with our friends.

@Cakepips @Eurovision They are a disgrace. I’ve had a complaint with @TicketmasterCS for almost a month about the restricted view for our seats. They tried to fob me off to the venue to deal with and the promoter but won’t provide the promoters details. They have finally escalated the complaint.

@clairebear2606 @TicketmasterUK @Eurovision I wasn’t told mine would be restricted view until we found out on the night. Now @TicketmasterCS say they cant deal with my complaint and it’s the promoter I should contact but won’t provide their details. Did you have any luck? They are a disgrace
