Dear @narendramodi,

I seek your immediate attention regarding a distressing event in Bongmuol, Leimatak, Lamka (Churachandpur). On 01.10.2023, two young girls, aged 9 and 11, were purportedly detained by the CBI and transferred to Guwahati, with no public disclosure of the charges against them.

These children, already mentally scarred by the genocide executed against their community, are now subjected to further trauma by being removed from their parents. Alongside four others, they were arrested related to the deaths of two Meitei youths, without evidence being formally presented in court. While the adults may endure the legal process, the minors' situation warrants exceptional concern and immediacy.

The CBI’s expeditious arrest of six individuals, including the minors, a mere four days following their 27th Sept arrival in Imphal, appears to be a tactical diversion, potentially intended to soothe Meitei protestors insisting on 'selective justice' for their kin. The anticipated political intervention in investigations and arrests is apparent, especially with a CM, whose proficiency is consistently doubted, in charge. His leadership undermines your regime; urgent action is vital, particularly in light of the upcoming 2024 elections.

This glaring "Selective Justice" and profound discrimination against our deceased and the living forces me to bypass your esteemed confidant @AmitShah and reach out to you directly.

The procedural malpractice and excesses in criminal probes and arrests, notably involving minor students, seem unthinkable, even when juxtaposed with North Korea. Why allow such actions to tarnish your meticulously crafted reputation?

I implore you to facilitate the immediate release of the minors to their parents. Pertaining to the four adults, believed to be student leaders, their arrest seems grounded in suspicion and their link to Leimatak, where two Meitei youths were purportedly killed.

Justice must be pursued, but it must concurrently be ensured that it is transparent and impartial. Yet, actions taken in the name of swift justice have unjustly afflicted the Kukis, who still seek justice for numerous dead and unclaimed in Imphal.
