Our 10 year old, a major book worm, was reading and comprehending The Chronicles of Narnia at 6/7 years old. She finished the whole series, all 7 books, in less than 3 months.

Such an important message… as an AD of 8 years, I am just now learning to be unapologetic about taking time for myself and my family. Blessed to have a supportive staff and administration who get it and provide their own resources to support one another. 🙌🏼💯

When I was a HS A.D. I worked from 7am to 10pm regularly. I saw 3 AD colleagues die. I ended up having an emergency surgery. I cried sharing this story and the importance of educator self care today. As long as it helped some1 it’s ok to see me cry! Just glad my life was spared
