This is such a great interview about early childhood trauma, chronic illness, the autonomic nervous system and somatic bodywork.

Fifteen years ago, The United States Congress made it illegal for physicians to have ownership in hospitals.
Not by accident, by design.
A last-minute deal jammed into the Affordable Care Act.
A gift to the very health systems that raised prices, consolidated markets, and shut physicians out of competition.
Now we finally have momentum.
Eighty-eight organizations, including one of the nation’s largest insurers, urged Congress to lift the ban and let physician-led hospitals compete again.
And the data is undeniable:
• Physician-led hospitals deliver higher quality
• Lower costs
• Better patient satisfaction
All resulting in lower premiums…
The opposition has had 15 years to prove their narrative.
If the ban worked, we’d have lower costs and better care. Instead we got neither.
Costs went up.
Quality stagnated.
Consolidation exploded.
The ban on physician-owned hospitals was never about patient safety.
It was ALWAYS about protecting market share.
Patients lose when competition is illegal.
Patients win when physicians can build and run their own hospitals.
America is serious about lower premiums with affordable and accessible care.
Lifting the POH restrictions is one of the most obvious reforms.
It’s time.
Open the markets.
Let Doctors build.
Let physicians compete.
Where the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
Where the government fears the people, there is liberty.

A Hidatsa woman named Waheenee, born around 1839, made it her mission to ensure her tribe''s ancient gardening techniques were never forgotten. Between 1907 and 1918, she shared her people''s deep knowledge of agriculture, cooking, and daily life with an ethnographer.
Her incredible wisdom was published in 1917 in a book called "Buffalo Bird Woman''s Garden," creating a permanent record of a fading way of life.
She wasn''t alone in this vital work of preservation.
Around the same time, an ethnologist named Frances Densmore traveled the United States with a wax cylinder phonograph.
Over several decades, she recorded over 2,000 songs from various tribes, preserving their musical heritage for all time.
Meanwhile, in Connecticut, a Mohegan woman named Gladys Tantaquidgeon dedicated her life to documenting traditional medicine and ancient healing practices.
Her detailed work not only preserved Mohegan culture but was instrumental in helping her tribe achieve federal recognition in 1994.
These women understood the importance of their heritage and worked tirelessly to create a bridge for future generations to connect with their past.
California tells us to conserve water, while its fallowing policies destroy soil, kill microbial life, and turn family farms into dust bowls. Cynthia Daley built the California Agricultural Resiliency Index—the first tool using real data to show which farms can be saved, and how.
how did rfk get so rotten so quick. if people in power who get blackmailed or honey trapped just did a press conference and aligned with other whistleblowers out there, this whole game would be up in days. the truth sets you free. Also none of these fuckers in power never name names. Never one heard trump try to expose any elite family. he took money from a Rothschild in a bailout. never full trust any so called truth teller when they can't name the family elite names who really run the country. I know of a several just in my tiny area who have had former presidents in their house and the media rarely reports on it.

Collagen is a polarisable molecule that has an electric dipole.
When an electric field or mechanical deformation (e.g. stretching or pressure on the tissue) acts on them, these dipoles align themselves.
This runs through the system so that all other collagen molecules change, too.
Meaning, there is a rapid, coordinated reorientation of electric charges within the tissue.
It is believed that these electrical signals can be transmitted faster than neural impulses.
So, there is a non-neuronal communication element in the fascia network – a kind of bioelectrical tissue feedback system that converts mechanical stimuli into electrical changes and vice versa.
Your fascia system already reacts long before the nervous system knows what's up!
FREQUENCY OF LOVE
Your body is not strong. It is a symphony, a resonant field, woven from fluid, light and frequency. At the core of this living symphony lies the fascia, an intelligent, fluid crystalline matrix that surrounds every cell, organ, and structure in your body.
