@SimonCalder @SimonCalder This happened to us yesterday - @easyjet denied boarding EDI-BSL claiming 6 month rule. Now £500+ out of pocket on new flights & emergency passport renewal. Despite proof of correct rules, marked as no-show & CS refusing to help. Family Christmas plans in tatters.
