It look a long time to find this one a home so I'm very grateful to @EDziadula for her persistence, and I also send encouragement to those who are resubmitting in new journals, keep going for it!
We also explore household perceptions of the benefits to education, by gender, through a survey experiment. We find that for women, more benefits are perceived for boys education, and very few benefits are listed overall.

Ever wonder why so many Norwegians ended up in Minnesota? Or Azoreans in Central California? Or Vietnamese in Louisiana? Our new working paper introduces “climate matching” as a driver of migration.
There is a new working paper out by @edziadula of @nd_econ and the @BIGLabND and her co-authors: The Gendered Impact of In-State Tuition Policies on Undocumented Immigrants' College Enrollment, Graduation and Employment.
