@FantasticCCare I'm trying to reslove issues with end of tenancy cleaning. An extremely poor job done including the toilet left dirty. New tenants move in on Friday so I need this sorted today or tomorrow but no one is getting back to me. Complaint was lodged on Sunday.

@Qantas A credit? That is extremely out of touch and severely lacking compassion. Many people will be unlikely to be able to rebook their holidays for within 12 months. I'm expecting a full refund.

@Qantas We are trying to get clarity on what happens if we cancel some flights of 4 flight trip. We still want to do the first and last flight. Charging cancellation fees at the moment is irresponsible when other airlines are waiving them for everyone regardless of when booked.
