The condition my order arrived in. Material not finished and a broken armchair @DFSCare .My heart is broken and nobody taking accountability. Just a young Dad trying to do his best for his family! If this how you treat young families good luck keeping them. Very disappointed!

@DFSCare A 4-week delay isn't a 'small change' when I'm feeding a 5 -month-old on the floor. The sofa is in Nottingham; the delay is now your logistics, not the 'global supply chain.

A nice person from @DFSCare called, but a heads-up: My Cork contract said ~9 wks & the tracker was earlier, but the actual lead time is 14 wks. 📉

@SkyIreland Broadband has been down in many parts of the country since 8pm last night. Many customers on hold for long periods. Could you not just release a statement to explain the issue to customers?

Mum recently took out fiber broadband with @SkyIreland An engineer from @openeir / @group_kn called today to install. They said they couldn’t because of house insulation was told to find someone else to do it. What’s my 70 year old mum supposed to do with fiber wire and brackets.

@British_Airways I was booked on to your 13:10 LHR-DUB Flight on 18th August, it seems you have canceled it. Only for I checked my booking under the BA App I would have never known. Why didn’t I receive an email alerting me to flight cancellation? Luckily I got earlier flight
