@TLRailUK Hi, my girlfriend is currently trying to get to London to catch a 8.33am @LNER train to Leeds, but she might miss it because of delays on the line, despite leaving extra early. If she has to buy a new ticket, will she be able to claim back the cost from Thameslink?

@TLRailUK Hi, just noticed you've already started to cancel bus replacements for today, what's the point of people already having to make new plans due to engineering works when those plans are then ruined as well? Know it's not your fault but such a shambles. @tlupdates

@TLRailUK @tlupdates Luton to St Pancras. Had already planned my journey after having to rearrange my original times, now having to rearrange again due the bus cancellations. Just frustrating really.

@thetrainline Hi, I'm trying to print my ticket at @c2c_Rail Fenchurch St. It's currently stuck on this page and then closed. If it goes through that my ticket has printing and I'm not able to print at another station, is there anything I can do to get my money/ticket back?

@TLRailUK Hi, do you have any plans to run buses between St Albans and Luton, as there's currently no trains going that way for at least 3hrs?

@TLRailUK So we've currently got a reduced timetable ongoing without any idea when that might end, now this today, and yet we're still expected to pay full price for a season ticket? I know it's not your fault personally but it's just a shambles of a service. @tlupdates

@TLRailUK Hi, there's a 8.49am train from Luton to St Pancras on the @thetrainline app but got to Luton and there is no such train. Not helpful when trying to plan a journey!
