1. Escape the "Babysitting" Trap Hiring PMs by default creates a "specialist decision-making class" that babysits the team,. This stops designers from making the hard calls they are perfectly capable of handling.
2. Judgment is a Muscle, Not a Title Product judgment is a trade built by "reps". If you are abstracted from the strategy and trade-offs, your decision-making muscle stays underdeveloped. You have to be in the trenches of ground truth.
3. Own the DRI Status Designers should act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for features. This means owning the data, the spec, and the product review—not just the pixels,.

@karpathy This is great because it addressed the silos AI created in the past that human can only interact with agent one-on-one, now agents can meet humans where they collaborate, I'm looking forward for AI agents to help with more collaborations between humans from here.

And the user? Forgotten.
Someone has to advocate for the person on the other end of the screen. That's UX.
