@BritishGasHelp Hmmm interesting so can I NOT contribute to the lack of “service” contract then???
So when I have an engineer out on Sunday will I then he expected to wait again if a parts reqd as the service engineer seems to believe possible??
@BritishGas So boiler working with no problems, have a service carried out Thursday and now left with no hot water or heating until at best Sunday as no one to look at it! #whatdoido#whybotherwithaboilerservice
@BritishGasHelp Or better still have no appointment to service the boiler in the first place as what’s the point if you can be left worse of then when you started? Still guess it saves us money on our bill! and is our electric bill gonna be contributed too for the electric heaters left for us??
@BritishGasHelp Yes the engineer found that after completing the service the boiler then would not work. Nothing wrong before at all! Yes he left an electric heater for us but doesn’t really do much for us given our circumstances as I said. 1/2
@BritishGasHelp Yeah but that is us.... we have no heat or hot water! My father is recovering from an operation and it’s ridiculous that following a service nothing can be done to rectify an issue that was not there before. I dare say when someone does come there will then be a part reqd too.
