@BritishGas can you tell me why it’s acceptable to keep estimating someone’s gas. My gas meter has not been showing any readings since July I have now had 5 failed appointments to replace any thoughts

@BritishGas are you having a laugh I have smart meters although the gas isn’t working at all so can’t submit and you cancelled my meter replacement appointment this needs sorting oh and it takes 2 hours to get through on the phone and you don’t do weekends sort it out
