@DerekJStevens The legal entities aren’t going to lay down but they are more interested in joining the party that would give them imminent access to all 50 states. DraftKings and FanDuel will be taking action in Texas and California very soon. This is 2015-2018 all over again in the United States. Then it was DFS now it is prediction markets. Too big to fail.

Just take a step back and think of the quality of the product you could have for bettors, the purses for the jockeys, owners and trainers and it would be a rising tide in those 5 states. If you want to go forward, this is the way to go. The Thoroughbred Premier League!
