Got charged almost a fiver more using contactless than the equivalent paper ticket going from London to Hatfield and back for Slam Dunk fest yesterday. @TfL I thought the whole point of contactless was it auto calculated the cheapest fare option for you?

@YodelOnline why are you so awful! Tracking says my parcel wasn’t ready for collection when I was literally stood outside in the cold with it. Driver made no attempt to contact and left. Impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss.

@mickholland41 @TeamGBicehockey They have the crew there anyway, they intend to record/stream it anyway, why not make the pricing more accessible. I get they need to pay the crew but they’ll be doing the same job wether 1 or 100 people purchase the stream. And I bet many more would tune in if it were cheaper.
