Thank you, I look forward to your response to my inbox from 12 hours ago. Email support has not been helpful other than to say they are aware of the problem (which again has been present from the day the card launched - it is not a temporary "back end issue" but a feature that was never launched.

@MetaMask @CL_Technology @crossriverbank are you aware this partner of yours has been advertising a debit card that's missing critical advertised functions and limits (no rewards can be redeemed, the card often deducts crypto from the wallet even for declined charges and takes over a week to credit back)

@MetaMask Be sure to let people know that none of the advertised benefits of the card are available yet - no rewards can be redeemed (on metal or free cards) and cards are limited to the same spending cap as free cards despite the advertised daily 30k limit. @CL_Technology
