Wait, didn't Uber build their business on non-professional drivers, who presumably wouldn't be as safe as professional drivers? So why do autonomous vehicles have to reach super human levels in order to win? Doesn't cost play a huge role where camera-only has a major advantage?
Then the largest network of vehicles communicating to each other should be able to way surpass humans in terms of safety.

I don’t know. IPOs have always been an extremely risky asset class and SPACs even more so. I think Chamath’s SPACs were more thoughtful than most with most of them having a reasonable investment thesis for the elusive win-win. I think some of his SPACs even returned capital. You also can’t blame an investor for pulling out when the entire market was looking at an extended downturn so not quite a rug pull IMO. I kinda think he was just in the arena trying things, although it clearly 💩 the brick.
@ArmandDoma Elon is a 10x CEO. Pretty remarkable that he focuses on the absolute key questions and drivers. He then gets the team to execute. Happy TSLA shareholder here.
