@Toaster_Pastry Overall I find it helpful. Its ECG feature is very useful for diagnosing paroxysmal arrhythmias and it is also useful in picking up recurrent AF in asymptomatic persistent patients. Education is needed to avoid referrals because the watch incorrectly detects a brady/tachycardia
@HRS_CaseReports This is just unfortunate. Even with fluoroscopy this can happen. In my experience most operators do not use fluoroscopy until the catheter reaches the heart or there is a problem on the way up.

I followed this account a few years ago so I would get regular reminders of the dangers of hate and demonization. Unfortunately this site is broken and despite following this account I don’t see the posts in my feed anymore. I hope today a few more people remember.
As a doctor in public hospitals in Australia I never understood why patients would elect to use their private insurance. Having experienced the situation I understand the motivation clearly. I want to extract every dollar out of that evil corporation whether I benefit or not.
