@GWRHelp My train isn’t cancelled - all of them are! It’s a ticket restriction, will it be lifted so I can get to Reading on a train which does not stop at Maidenhead?

@GWRHelp hi, I have a ticket from Paddington to Reading which states the train must call at Maidenhead, but all of these seem to be cancelled today - can I get any train as it’s due to a track issue and so out of my control?

@SAS we have two bookings (2 adults, 2 kids) for our flight later this week and have just received an email for both bookings saying our seats have moved. 3 are fine but the system says I need to pay again for my daughters seat, which I’m sure i have already done?
