@ungrim97@IdeallyRandom@OctopusEnergy@TheDarylSharp@SavingSessions I agree the benefits to the grid are worthwhile. The 10 days average makes sense but the weighting factor is a little misleading given most people will still need to use the power and are shifting their usage either side of the hour in the spirit of the request
@IdeallyRandom@ungrim97@OctopusEnergy@TheDarylSharp@SavingSessions@ideallyrandom If the 'in day adjustment' is weighted on usage leading up to the saving session, shifting the average daily profile up or down, then the only party to really benefit from a shift from the 'dirtiest' (1hr energy slot) is Octopus buying less high cost electricity?
@cjw_cstp @christhecatguy @evmanuk@bobbyllew IMHO Hydrogen maybe for aircraft due to weight and speed of refill but have you stopped to think where Hydrogen comes from? ? Industry averages suggest 'Blue Hydroygen' that is made from electrolysis, uses 40-50kWh to make 1kg of Hydrogen (3x less efficient than EV's)
@MartinSLewis I am about to sign a personal contract hire agreement with a vehicle manufacturer. Under block exception ruling are they within their rights to include a cost for not servicing the vehicle during the contract at a garage other than a franchise one?
Hi @IFTTT ’ers has anyone created a multi action for a button widget that allows opening or closing two @merosshome garage doors openers at the same time?? Thanks
@zavvi I have completed your online form to cancel my order however am told it will take up to 24 hours to respond, by which time you will no doubt have already despatched the order, is there not a quicker way to stop this?
@FlipOutUK extremely disappointed to discover the slushies being served at Basingstoke FlipOut are not sugar free even though they are displayed as being so. Our daughter is Type 1 Diabetic and we have just had to deal with a period of hyperglycemia. This is not acceptable!
