@Berci My biggest plus was wearing in the bed, I personally found it a bit difficult to wear watches through the night. Secondary reason would be a lack of screen. 2 benefits here: more battery life, and less distractions.

@agingdoc1 Would be interesting to look at data from individuals going through cryotherapy and cold plunges. If alpha diversity is drastically effected in model organisms, could be the case for human hosts? If yes, there could be a conflict in the kind of effect these interventions exert.
