A great moment to reflect on a big year for our global ZURU teams (with our NZ team pictured here at last week’s Christmas party)

I’m incredibly proud of the collective effort to navigate tariff-gate while still delivering strong top- and bottom-line growth, closing in on $4B in group sales, and setting ourselves up for another 25–30%+ growth year heading into 2026.

Some standout highlights from the year:

•First company ever to win Consumerables Supplier of the Year at both Walmart and Target US in the same year
•Additional wins for Price Excellence and Demand Generation
•Multiple Supplier of the Year awards including Boots, Superdrug and Toys R Us.
•Alongside many other awards across our verticals, including NZ Marketing Team of the Year and 36 global awards won by our Beauty team and countless Toys awards from TOTYs to dream toys.

Every vertical delivered impressive growth:

•Toys: +12%
•Beauty: +80%
•Baby: +50%
•Pet +50%

Highlights included topping multiple catergories we play in in Circana - to many to list! We were near the top in the US for driving shopper penetration with half of all US house holds buying a ZURU product in the past 52 weeks.

ZURU Tech made major progress toward commercialisation in 2026, with key milestones achieved across housing and automation.

Our Property & Logistics teams continued to scale our global footprint:

•10 new offices and showrooms opened globally
•250,000 sq ft of new showroom space added
•7 new warehouses onboarded
•5M+ sq ft of warehouse capacity now operating across North America, Europe, and Australasia

On the digital and marketing front, our teams delivered:

•20B+ impressions
•2,000+ campaigns
•40,000+ pieces of content

On product and innovation, we continue to move at speed.
It’s not the big that eat the small, it’s the fast that eat the slow and that mindset remains core to how we build. Creative is one of our superpowers, and our teams continue to deliver, with the pipeline looking stronger than ever.

Our factory automation and engineering teams continue to get better and better. Some of what they are delivering as we scale production and drive efficiency is genuinely hard to comprehend.

Our talent continues to strengthen across the business, with record graduate and intern applications across our centres of excellence (60,000+ applications). Just as importantly, our teams participated in dozens of charity initiatives worldwide, supporting the communities in which we operate.
