I thought the @TfL Elizabeth line was meant to make travelling from Reading to East London easier, what’s the point when 3 out of 4 trains into Tottenham court Road don’t go past Paddington?
I sent an email to @FreeStyleDiabet customer services on Saturday as I had 2 failed sensors in 1 week 1 has been replaced but im not sure how to request help as 2 in a week is quite unusual and almost suspicious but 3 working days later no reply!
Why is there no mitigation plan for over running engineering on @TfL Elizabeth Line, consecutive cancelled trains but it’s alright because they are sorry!
I had my appointment changed at @petsathome Uxbridge groom room that should have been today due to a “refit” I then see today that it’s open as the refit was cancelled would have been nice to get my original appointment back!

I recently visited Biggin Hill to see Thames Water's progress on installing nearly 4km of new clean water pipes.
This project will put an end to repeated leaks, road works and water supply issues caused by the old pipes.

@FedExeurope must be the worse delivery I have had the misfortune of dealing with my parcel is now 4 days late (with constant promise of next day) just because i had the cheek to redirect it when i wouldn’t be in. I have no idea if or when my parcel will arrive!
Has anyone else noticed the downward change in @SkyUK customer service, what should be a simple answer and resolve has now snowballed into a complaint to the ICO & MPAS. I will be moving away from Sky as soon as my contracts expire, luckily I don’t need sky to tell me when!
@SkyUK must be the only company I know that cancel an order for a new mobile handset AFTER paying it in full without a decent explanation! Then deduct some of the refund for a bill that isn’t even due!
