@ThinkingCC @PulmCrit It’s anecdotal but we’ve had a patient with diastolic flow reversal on a good waveform seen on TCD in the context of cerebral oedema from massive acetaminophen OD. He woke up and made a full neurological recovery a few days later. So I am very wary of TCD for brain death.
