@Ford customer service simply not good enough come in with a failing battery and can only get booked in in over 2 weeks time with an all day slot van not working means I don't work simply not good enough for something that should be done in under 30mins
@currys buyers beware Currys won't give free delivery even if it states this in the shop if you price match I'm £70 out of pocket due to staff not giving me the same deal I will be returning items for full refund live agent useless in no help staff not much better in the store

Anyone else getting fucking sick of @CopartUKLimited and lack of customer service buy a car off the photos and turns up with more damage that clearly wasn't on the photos when you place bids and when you complain you get some blind person who can't tell the difference

@DuluxDecCentre do you have a UK customer service dept I am being harassed for an unpaid bill despite this being paid back in January I have tried to contact but they do not understand English clearly I have been into store and shown my receipt just totally unacceptable

@MartinSLewis@Ofcom@Ofcom need to be on the consumers side if you sign a contract at said monthly cost, that cost should not increase for the said contract length. And these companies who are doing it are just greedy and fueling inflation there needs to be more 12 month contracts
