Why did I speak out to blow the whistle on GILPIN County Court Judge FREDERIC BARKER RODGERS. SHARI A MAZUR of CO Elections Div forge his 2007 County Oath, dated, signed and sealed with the CO SOS STATE SEAL as District Judge on 7/8/10.

5/7/12 When I discovered RODGERS oath mailed to me by Court Clerk on 9/20/10. I reported to CO AG on 5/17/12 with CO AG reply on 5/21/17 they have no jurisdiction.

On January 20, 2025, President Trump signed the executive order Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government. The DOJ itself promised "to make right the wrongs that were previously done." Those are their words, not mine.

Well, we are the wrongs still waiting to be made right.

Why didn’t the pardons happen this weekend?

From what I’ve been told by multiple sources, some of President Trump’s advisors concluded that the political timing wasn’t right and that the White House didn’t have the political capital to move forward.

If that’s true, it’s a profound misreading of the President’s base.

Hey, @WhiteHouse, you’re so out of touch with the people who elected President Trump that you’re doing the exact opposite of what many of his supporters have been asking for. Keeping promises and correcting injustice builds trust. We are aren’t naive. Delaying it is losing you millions of voters.

I am hoping so much that our politically prosecuted brothers and sisters get the pardons they so desperately need. I have talked with many of them and their families and they are facing financial ruin, fractured families, and overwhelming hardship. Many are barely hanging on as it is.

After what I've personally experienced with this grandstanding, do-nothing DOJ and its egregious treatment of targeted parents, I have to admit that I'm not optimistic.

I've been writing for months and months that justice cannot be reserved for the well-connected, yet that is what we've seen so far. Scores of #Weaponization victims have told me they've been utterly ignored if not treated with contempt.

If these pardons do not come, and if brave Americans who held the line, who stood on principle and bore the weight of government overreach are not made whole again, then a second American revolution—a peaceful but unwavering turning back to our Founding Principles—will be necessary to secure our God-given rights, to reclaim equal justice under law, and ensure that no administration can ever weaponize the machinery of government against the people again.

What I'm Celebrating Today, and Why

Good morning. It's the eve of the Fourth of July, and my feelings are mixed.

Part of me feels celebratory. I'm proud to live in what I still believe is the greatest country in the world, and I celebrate freedom — real freedom. But I have to be honest: that "great American promise" hasn't reached me. It hasn't reached a lot of other people either.

I grew up believing something simple: if you do what's expected of you — work hard, get an education, be an honest person — you earn a kind of safety. You earn the right to believe your life will be okay, even when hardship hits.

I built my life around that belief. I became a registered nurse. I ran for public office four times before I finally won — that election was hard-earned, and I was so proud. I wanted to be an example for my children.
Just months after that win, I was blindsided by a fraud charge — accused of $19 million I never took.

My face was plastered on every newspaper and news station, next to a story they wanted the world to believe. Because that's part of how they break you — they don't just come after your case, they come after your spirit, in public, where everyone can watch. For two years, I had no peace. Just dread. Darkness. My name was dragged through the mud.

Eventually, the government realized they couldn't prove charges for crimes that never happened. But instead of making it right, they gave me one option, and I took it — because I knew I was overpowered, and I needed to save myself and my little boys life from further destruction.

Even my voice wasn't fully mine anymore. My public defender kept warning me to be careful what I said, because if I irritated teh. Kurt or the prosecutor, it could hurt my case. So I swallowed my anger instead of speaking it, afraid that speaking up would only bring more punishment down on me.

By the time it was over, this case had already stripped me of my ability to earn a living — and after that they ordered me to pay $54,000 in restitution. Money I don't believe I owe, taken from someone they knew couldn't earn it back. To this day, I still live with the risk of losing my freedom altogether. I was suspended from the office I'd fought four elections to win. I lost my nursing job because of all this.

In the middle of the case, I went back to school — not just for a degree, but because I decided I wanted to become a lawyer. I want to fight back, the right way, for myself and for everyone else this has happened to. I continue to pursue my degree. But a degree doesn't rebuild a life that was changed beyond recognition. It doesn't undo any of it.

Here's what I actually lost: my health. My reputation. My career and my ability to earn a living the way I used to. In a very real sense, my freedom of speech. There were days I didn't want to exist anymore. Every night, I still dream it — I relive the dread, the fear, the darkness, the hopelessness, like it's happening all over again. Some of what happened to me, I will carry for the rest of my life. I am still picking up the pieces — a lot of them invisible to anyone looking at me from the outside. I don't know if that kind of wound ever fully heals.

They had no right to do this to me. And that's exactly why I keep telling this story — because I refuse to let it blur into something the world forgets, as if it never happened. It happened. I was there. I am still living it.

And still — this is what I celebrate: freedom. The delivery of justice, even when it hasn't fully reached me yet. I hope it reaches everyone still waiting for it.

That is what this country is supposed to stand for. Not just for me, but for every American still fighting to be part of that promise — the promise of liberty and justice for all. We haven't given up on it. We refuse to. #43Americans #America250

It’s time to dig into Griswold’s rise to power.

She was placed in the Obama campaign infra via @Hickenlooper
She married an Islamist hacker while in DC after graduating from IIRC Penn law. She then comes back to CO painted as a pauper. Goes dark for a bit, positioned as a lawyer with a private practice that somehow goes from zero revenue to millions.

And voila - hits the political circuit branded as “the youngest SecState in history” with Soros backing.

Weirdly, Griswold goes from rags to an estimated bank account between $5 - 10M.

Fast forward to her “winning office” where she has an 80% staff turnover rate until Deputy SecState Chris Beall takes over CDOS operations from his position in COAG.

Years later, on the stand, in our trial (totally frivolous and proved so via a 52c verdict) Beall states he runs CDOS including all staff, monitoring CDOS staff voting history AND monitoring what CDOS open records requests get approved.

MEANWHILE: Where’s Jena? Oh wow. Office is in disarray as BIOS - election tech passwords are freely available on the web.

Why is this important? These passwords allow anyone - LITERALLY ANYONE tech access to election tech equipment functionality.

Once discovered - Beall & Griswold HIDE this info from CO County Clerks (who are responsible & LIABLE) for conducting legal, fair & accurate elections DURING A LIVE ELECTION. They hid this massive security blunder because they feared a “media circus”

The result? CDOS is allowed to investigate themselves for any wrongdoing. 🤣

The investigation was so sus, that even Polis had to intervene.

In the end - the scandal dies quietly thanks to the lack of reporting by CO news all-stars @KyleClark @qpyoungnews @ericmaulbetch et al.

So now… Griswold is the CO AG candidate in the midterms. Even after this mini scandal - that doesn’t even touch the real BS… nevermind her election fundraising fraud issues when she stepped out trying to run as CO Gov and was shut down by her buddy Phil Weiser.
