The “efficiency adjustment” in the 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) means that CMS will cut work RVUs for thousands of procedures by 2.5% starting January 1, with further reductions every 3 years. The AUA is fighting this policy, but we need your help. Tell Congress to stop the efficiency adjustment in the MPFS! #AUAadvocacy

Great connecting with my urology colleagues at the @UrologyUS and @specialtynet's 2025 Global Prostate Cancer Congress in Sun Valley, ID. The meeting focused on cutting-edge practice updates and the latest research in prostate cancer. Sessions also addressed the importance of physical activity and there was the opportunity to hit the slopes and participate in David Crawford’s “Triangle of Pain” workout. A big thank you to Drs. @EDavidCrawford, Scott Sellinger, and David Morris for organizing such an outstanding meeting!

Gov. @SarahHuckabee & @ARInsuranceDept announce notices of penalties against four major pharmacy benefit managers- the largest pharmaceutical enforcement action in Arkansas history, totaling $1.47M in possible penalties.

Whoa. The COVID-19 pandemic pummeled #physician revenues. #Oncology was hit hard and remained -5.4% below prepandemic baseline as of mid-2022. (Likely due to delayed screening and diagnoses.)

Delayed @AmericanAir charlotte to Nash flight 5319 due to baggage issue. Frustrating situation made better by the positive vibes of our crew Alyse Jones and pilot.
Next time just leave the bags behind.
Ok this clip about navigating the American Healthcare System from the recent South Park ozempic special (which was brilliant) needs to be the opening of every healthcare conference panel
Bureaucratic red tape is overwhelming private practices, consuming vast amounts of time and resources.
Patients shouldn't have their access or quality of care diminished because of burdensome Washington mandates.
