but the response was far from polite – they were essentially told they’d miss the plane if they couldn’t walk. Now, they’re struggling past us on the ramps, and it’s truly disheartening to witness such treatment of people.

@easyJet I hardly ever tweet or complain, and I’m a regular Easyjet flyer. However, what I’ve just observed is quite distressing. Currently waiting to board our flight at Malaga Airport, I’ve witnessed a situation involving two elderly ladies who can barely walk.

They requested assistance but were informed that there’s only one wheelchair in use. Consequently, they were told they’d have to walk down the ramps to the plane. Both ladies expressed their inability to manage the walk,

@EE I reported my parents (who are in their 80’s) broadband down last thursday. It is still not on over a week later.
I was told there are a lot of people in the SS16 area out and it is being treated as urgent!! So why is it still not on!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

This has now cost me £2000 to meet my daughter in Dubai where her flight stops over. She was told that if she paid extra for a flexi flight she could change the dates and times but
