@GWRHelp will any compensation be given to passengers using the 'service' today? I paid near to £100 to arrive one hour late due to issues this morning and then a further delay going home in a carriage hotter than the sun, going nowhere and can't buy a drink unless you have cash!

If you’re looking for a headache then I’d recommend heading to @Pret on Harewood Place. Their kitchen staff are raving to drum and base whilst the shop is playing chilled music. It wouldn’t be quite so bad if the walls weren’t vibrating and both were in tune with each other!
