@Thecharioteer2 KAS recruitments cannot be transferred to KEA unless there is a constitutional amendment.

If it is transferred to KEA it will be struck down by courts.

Only way according to the constitution is to Invoke Art 315(4) and let UPSC conduct the KAS exam.
