@Breakthrough@rondoenergy While decarbonising heat is excellent news, industrial cooling draws massive power for sectors like food and data centres. Cold thermal storage is the other half of the equation needed to truly balance the grid. https://t.co/6twrtEGmi8 is the Answer
@EE I know how to press buttons on my phone in relation to options given. This is the second time you have attempted to blame your customer for your companies failings and is not acceptable.
@EE Still cant pay my Bill, website not working properly, just been on hold for 45 minutes on 150, is this the new 'customer experience'? Can someone call me, I can DM you my number....

@Ryanair As you have ignored my messages, please supply your complaints email address prior to legal action being pursued. Your airport staff are rude and also attempting to scam customers into paying for cabin bags that are within your guidelines.
@ChrisPWebb Re: 'Dear Neighbour' Letter. Not the most intelligent marketing plan I have seen, we have just had new neighbours move in who are disabled and I thought they needed something. Very disappointing and looks like something my 9 year old would put together. #LabourParty
@OctopusEnergy
Telling a disabled customer to turn their heating off over winter to save money? 'It is much cheaper to have an electric blanket on than it is to put the heating on.' and then deny saying this in your next email! Ridiculous.
@HMRCcustomers Thanks for the info, this doesn't seem to cover the 'Permitted Work' Scheme though or am I mistaken? It seems to be a lot of hassle if i'm not earning anywhere near the amount I should be taxed on in the first place? Makes me not want to bother joining the scheme.
@HMRCcustomers If I was to access the 'Permitted Work' Scheme as a self employed disabled person would I have to do any form of self assessment as my earnings would be below my personal threshold for any tax each year.
@FishwickDavid Hi Dave, Ive been tasked with finding a company that can supply a minibus with full disability access for a local Childrens Hospice, is this something you can help with at all?
