@LNER Their response? You should be aware of the off peak/peak times. And also it's up to the discretion of the TM regarding the issuing of tickets/fines. There you go. If @LNER can point me to those times, I'd be v grateful to avoid future errors.

Just had the worst train experience with @LNER. Did you know their peak service starts at 2.30pm? No, neither did I. Jumped on the train last minute. No announcement. TM wants to charge me £180 for a full price ticket. Then I hear her letting off two old ladies for same "crime".
