@Laura_W_Gieseke@CoFoundersNik Option C. Teach them how to enforce a breach of contract in district court. They have other parent help them draft demand letter, then file a mock district court action, judge is spouse, they beat you and win full award plus fees. Teach how to collect too. Double skills!
@kofinas@1_2MOA From Kin insurance: “About two-thirds of our zero-pay claims come down to this: The loss was below the deductible, or the customer chose to withdraw the claim after realizing it wasn’t worth pursuing.” There may be some issues with the WSJ article on the big five given this also.
@kofinas@1_2MOA Also, we don’t know if the claims are valid or not. For all we know it’s requests to replace entire roofs 6 years old after a single shingle is partially damaged. I’m not saying that they don’t fight consumers hard on claims, they do. But the data suggests they pay out tons..
@realEstateTrent Propose an alternative. You fund it fully, a study pegs value added. Per unit. You get a 2x liquidation preference on initial cost plus value added calculation is adjusted yearly per unit, it’s deducted at closing and wired to you. See, it’s now free! 😂😂😝😳
@AdvisorJobs Can’t a small or midsized use codex to review all the resumes and the role to identify the most AI slop and also the worst fit, thereby eliminating maybe 75%, and make the remaining be scored on a rubric, and then you can simply sort and manual review them?
@sama I thought we already had trillions of compute reserved with deals the last few years. Does this mean the $1.4T is understated and needs to be revised to $2.6T?
@sama Let’s be honest it helps the IPO plan to project contracts revenue on the books to help the valuation exceed $1T by booking multiple billions in future revenue commitments. Yes it does help plan too, of course. But you can model this without contracts, growth curves are clean.
@mcuban They will spend it on pork, fraud, ngos to politicians, other favoritism to benefit elected officials and their buddies. If not I’d love the idea. However, 20-30% will be diverted. Eventually $600B yet only $100B to help with debt or the citizens, rest to theft and fraud.
@lawyer4SMBs I build myself. I’ve been using chatgpt since the first month it launched years ago and have an analytical background so, I’ve gotten really really good at it. I pay for the pro version. Takes practice to learn how to prompt it.
@lawyer4SMBs I use chat gpt pro on ultra high reasoning. I give it very clear prompts, I make it go get first party information and remind it to fact check and play devils advocate. That ends up making it work well. Unfortunately, it can’t help understand some don’t play by the rules. lol 😂
