The Jain Community is protesting against the @mybmc demolishing a Derasar in Mumbai, 2 days ago.

The BMC is now fully and directly controlled by the Chief Minister’s office and UD minister’s office.

• CM- BJP.
• DCM- Mindhe.
• 2 co- Guardian Ministers- BJP.
• @mybmc run by- State Govt/ CMO.

Who is the guardian minister protesting against?
What he is doing is nautanki, instead of saving the Derasar, in his power as Guardian Minister!

He has had an illegal office in the BMC itself, and has a huge experience of real estate and such cases.

Instead of protecting the Derasar, now he’s doing the drama of a protest.

I hope everyone realises- the BJP belongs to nobody.
It is the BJP govt that is running the BMC through the CM’s office.

विलेपार्लेतील जैन मंदिर पाडणं — पूर्वनियोजित कट; ‘बुलडोझर सरकार’ जबाबदार!

भाजपच्या बुलडोझर राजवटीत मंदिरंसुद्धा सुरक्षित नाहीत. विलेपार्ले (पूर्व) येथील नेहरू रोडवर असलेलं ३० वर्ष जुनं पार्श्वनाथ दिगंबर जैन मंदिर तोडणं हा एक पूर्वनियोजित कट होता.

ही केवळ एक इमारत नव्हती—तर जैन समाजाच्या आस्था, परंपरा आणि अस्मितेचं प्रतीक होती.

या अमानवी कारवाईत जैन तीर्थंकरांच्या मूर्ती, जिनवाणी, पूजनीय ग्रंथ व शास्त्रांचा अपमान करण्यात आला. काही मूर्ती खंडित झाल्या — ही घटना गंभीर आणि संतापजनक आहे. हा

केवळ जैन समाजावरच नव्हे, तर आपल्या संविधानाच्या धर्मनिरपेक्ष आत्म्यावर थेट आघात आहे. ही कारवाई नेमकी कुणाच्या आदेशावरून झाली याची न्यायिक चौकशी झालीच पाहिजे.

जैन समाज शांतताप्रिय आहे, पण आज या अन्यायकारक कारवाईविरोधात हजारोंच्या संख्येनं रस्त्यावर उतरून आक्रोश व्यक्त करण्याची वेळ त्यांच्यावर आली आहे. मुंबई काँग्रेसनं या आक्रोश मोर्च्यात भाग घेऊन समाजाच्या मागण्यांना पाठिंबा दिला. या संदर्भात मी महापालिका आयुक्त भूषण गगराणी व इतर संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांशी चर्चा केली.

आयुक्तांनी मला स्पष्ट आश्वासन दिलं आहे की,
✔️मंदिरस्थळी असलेलं मलबा तातडीनं हटवण्याचे आदेश दिले जातील.
✔️ तसेच जैन समाजाला विश्वासात घेऊन याच जागी मंदिर पुनर्बांधण्याचं काम हाती घेतलं जाईल.

या आश्वासनांची ते पूर्तता करतील, अशी अपेक्षा करते. आम्ही पाठपुरावा करूच. 

पण हेच पुरेसं नाही...

जर या सरकारमध्ये थोडीशीही नैतिकता उरली असेल, तर या विध्वंसक कारवाईला जबाबदार असलेल्या अधिकाऱ्यांना तत्काळ निलंबित करावं आणि त्यांच्यावर कठोर कारवाई केली पाहिजे.

ही लढाई फक्त एका मंदिरासाठी नाही, तर श्रद्धेच्या, संविधानाच्या आणि न्यायाच्या रक्षणासाठी आहे.
