@policywishes The medico legal environment is also not great for ensuring no unnecessary utilization. wish more patients were ok with wait and watch approach and avoiding testing but this is not always the case of course, and we try to accommodate on what the patient is most comfortable with

Here's a slide the Spirit board publicly used to try and convince their shareholders not to vote for the JetBlue deal, saying it won't pass muster with regulators! They had a deal with Frontier on table but shareholders were greedy.
