L'info serait partie d'un site d'extrême droite, https://t.co/UfNy1Bzuy3 (hébergé en Russie après avoir ét�� "la cible de toute la racaille de France: Politicards, pédérastes, immigrés, immigrationnistes, bobos, collabos, juges rouges, police et gendarmerie vendues à l'occupant immigré, etc.").

L'article est titré "Michaël Humbert, la pourriture président du tribunal de Guéret" et appel en conclusion à mettre ce juge "dans un état le rendant incapable de nuire".

De nombreuses menaces de mort et insultes sont proférées en commentaire de cet article ("je crois que le séparer de sa tête serait une bonne chose", "une balle dans la nuque de la part d'un patriote (...) il suffirait d'un tel exemple pour semer la panique parmi ces enculés qui se croient invulnérables", "ces juges devraient être pendus aux réverbères", etc.)

Le site indique pourtant que "les commentaires sont soumis à modérations car nous savons que la racaille tentera de venir semer la pagaille sur ce site!".

Sur le fond de l'affaire:
"L'histoire telle qu'elle a été racontée sur ce site a été déformé" indique une source policière locale. Contacté par @Valeurs, le parquet indique que le jugement en question concerne une affaire dont les faits remontent au 14 octobre 2023. Un conflit de voisinage a éclaté entre une dame âgée et un de ses voisins, sans qu'aucune violence physique n'ait lieu. Le voisin a proféré des menaces contre sa voisine âgée. Un tiers a voulu s'interposer et "jouer les justicier" indique une source judiciaire. Ce dernier ne s'est pas contenté de protéger la dame âgée, il a sorti une espèce de stylo comportant une lame de 6 cm avec lequel il a asséné plusieurs coups dans le ventre du voisin. Ce voisin s'est vu attribuer plus de huit jours d'ITT. Deux plaies perforantes ont été constatées dans son abdomen. "Les blessures ont été suffisamment graves pour que le parquet demande la détention provisoire" indique une source judiciaire.

Le mis en cause n'a toutefois pas été placé en détention provisoire et a donc été jugé librement ce mercredi 10 janvier. Il était poursuivi pour violences avec arme ayant entrainé une ITT supérieure à 8 jours, et a été condamné à trois mois de prison ferme (aménageable) et une amende. Le voisin était quant à lui poursuivi pour menaces de mort et a été condamné à 105h de TIG ainsi que 38 € d'amende.

Le juge visé par cet article et explicitement menacé, a porté plainte ce vendredi, appris @Valeurs de sources concordantes.
